A fairly short teenager with very green eyes. He has one of the worst hero costumes of all time.
History:
A generation or so ago, an unknown event occurred that lead to 80% of the world's population gaining super powers called 'quirks.' Whilst governments struggled with the super criminal element, superheroes arose. This developed into a official occupation. Izuku yearned from a young age to be a superhero, especially admiring one considered the world's greatest, All Might. At age four, the age quirks usually manifest, he was informed he was one of the minority without abilities. Unable to let go of his dream, he lived a listless life whilst being horrible bullied by others. Though failure was almost certain, he still aimed to join Yuuei High, one of the greatest superhero training academies in the world.
When All Might saved him from a supervillain, Izuku accidentally discovered that All Might had been dreadfully wounded five years ago and now could only use his power for three hours a day. Telling Izuku that heroism was too dangerous for someone without power, Izuku began to head home despondent. On the way it became clear the villain had escaped due to his interference, and was now attempting to possess Izuku's worst bully, Bakugou Katsuki. He moved without thinking to save Katsuki, when he saw his eyes pleading for help. This encouraged All Might to step up beyond his limits and put his life on the line once more.
All Might revealed he too was not born with his quirk, but that it was one that could be passed from one man to another. Considering Izuku to have the potential to be his successor, All Might put him through heavy training to let his body handle the power. Completing it just barely before the entrance exam to Yuuei, he received the immense physical enhancement power 'All For One.' Using it in the exam utterly wrecked his body and he failed the conventional examination- however, his heroic action of rescuing another examinee at great expense to himself earned him a passing mark.
Now he begins his hero academia!
Abilities:
Izuku possesses the ability 'All For One', a power that is unique in that it can be passed from one to another (with the previous user retaining the power for a period, slowly decreasing in time). It grants an enormous amount of physical strength that the previous user, All Might, used to become inarguably the greatest hero of the generation. The power is enough that throwing punches can alter the weather.
Izuku however has practically no control over it- his first two times using, the first jump and punch broke his arm and legs and the second, throwing a ball, broke a finger when he focused his strength for a fraction of an instant. Similar instances of recoil continue as he tries to overcome this trouble.
He has a great deal of experience in taking a beating and is very good at analysing situations and abilities.
